What should I do if I forget my password?

Can I change the delivery address/method after placing an order?
Yes. Please let us know, and we will try to change your delivery details. Please note that packages that have left our warehouse cannot be changed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas delivery may take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What if my order is missing something?
Please do not throw away anything, including the packaging of the order and the packing list inside, and contact the shipping agent and us.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We use all major carriers and local express partners. During checkout, you will be asked to select a shipping method.
How are customs and import taxes/duties handled?
Please note that the customer bears taxes/customs charges in the destination country.
